The evening will begin with a bubbles reception featuring Caraccioli's award-winning, 'Best in the US' 07 Brut Cuvee, which will be accompanied with passed seasonal bites. Executive Chef Jason Balestrieri will guide you through a culinary tour showcasing the finest ingredients from both Monterey Peninsula's land and sea. Each locally inspired course will be carefully paired with Caraccioli's acclaimed Santa Lucia Highland's wines. The event will take place in the elegantly redesigned space at Seventh and Dolores and organized in conjunction with Taste of Carmel and Relais & Châteaux GourmetFest.
